GIMP brushes won't paint in color?

Okay, so like, I made a brush for myself. When I try to use it, it turns up black, no matter if I select red or blue or whatever color. It stays black. Can someone help me?





When I created the brush, I used RGB, and kept the normal layer mode for everything. it still doesn't work D:GIMP brushes won't paint in color?
Okay, so like, it is a bit hard to guess what your problem is.


Perhaps you could post a few screen shots - someone might be able to figure out from those how to help.
