The only image editor I have is Paint Shop Pro 9. And I've been trying to figure out a certain technique for a while.
It's where you have a picture and it goes gradually from black and white to color starting at a side and going to the other.
What do I have to do?

been using paint shop pro for years and never seen that effect. the only way i can think to do it would be a long tedious process.
