play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to help you imagine how the colors will look together. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family %26amp; color name, the ';painted'; rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think a pale color like ';believable buff'; (# 6120) might be a great choice for contrast.
You can take a photo of your house %26amp; upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions %26amp; for $5 they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.I JUST GOT NEW APPLIANCES(BLACK) AND MY CABINETS ARE CHERRY, WHAT COLOR CERAMIC TILES,AND PAINT SHOULD I USE?
I would say cream, as it is neutral, but, I have cream tiles and hate them,if you could get a marbled look with cream and brown, that would not show marks and smears and dirt and foot prints, spills etc. so bad, but the solid cream, which I have is awful, I could mop every day, they just show everything, might just as well have white. I would probably say a gray, which is neutral and would go nicely with both colors, as first choice and a dark brown, or mixed browns, as second. Depends on the size of the room and both natural and artificial lighting, and amount of wall space. Smaller and/or low light needs lighter shades. Large and/or bright allows for stark or deep shades. To blend the appliances and cabinetry, I would suggest multi shaded tile or laminate flooring. To make walls look bigger (also makes room appear larger) use lighter shades of paint, and vice-versa. The color charts online and in most large home improvement stores (Lowe's Home Depot, etc.) are very helpful . Keep in mind the color scheme(s) of adjoining rooms. Flow is key. Have fun!
Is your kitchen open layout to other rooms or is it closed off? this matters, if you can see it, say your living or family room you'll want this to be cohecent. Are your cabinets dark or light cherry, and with your ap

liances i'd go light walls. have fun and good luck.
That sounds like a striking combination!
I would go with cream for most of the rest of your kitchen decorating, perhaps with dark green accents.
Good luck!
