I have natural wood cabinets and my walls are apple green.





You also have to take into consideration the color of your countertops and floor. If they are neutral as well, than it's pretty much anything goes in the wall color area.





You might want to consider how you use your kitchen too. If everyone likes to congregate around the table and talk, then shades of blue are said to stimulate conversation. If you go there to relax and ';dine'; then greens would be the choice because it is a calming, relaxing color. Yellow is said to aid in digestion.

I have natural wood cabinets in my kitchen as well, my husband and I are thinking about a speckled lightish brown almost tan color. We have it done in the laundry room and it looks great with the wood cabinets in there.
Simple answer would be earth tones. Something warm and inviting.





What plays into the color scheme is also the style of the cabinets and tile color.
My own personal preference would be a dark bold color like maroon, hunter green (apple theme would work good in this color), or like navy blue.
either an off-white or a light green would compliment the wood.
I also have natural wood cabinets. My kitchen walls are bright blue. I have stainless steel accessories and appliances. Love it!

Well, that depends. If you want a kitchen that is bright, then I would go with semi-gloss white. If you want something that is more monotone, then I would go with a taupe, eggshell, or offwhite. If you want vibrant, then I would go with a blue or green color, kinda soft, but not too soft.
