What color wall paint goes with brown furniture, golden brown carpet and burnished gold metal wall art?

I just bought a new chocolate brown microsuede sofa and love seat in dark cappuccino wood. The carpet in the house is golden brown. And I found this beautiful burnished gold metal wall art at an estate sale last weekend.

I am planning on painting my living room.

But I cannot paint it in reds or dark colors since the room is not very large. And I don't want the room to be too brown. So what is the best color that would bring out the best in my new furniture and wall art? Would a neutral color work? How about a color like Sherwin Williams 'Frangipane' (http://www.buyaurapaint.com/sw-6645.html鈥?/a>

Brown is considered a neutral so all colors go with it but I would suggest a medium to light sage green. Sages vary so it's best to choose one with the least amount of yellow in it. Sage makes everything pop against it and will warm the room but not compromise your space issues. What color wall paint goes with brown furniture, golden brown carpet and burnished gold metal wall art?
you could do a light sort of brige color. the lightness of the color will stand out and really make the room pop but will still go with the room considering its almost a brown. if you wouldnt like that you could go with a sort of burnt orange! its kinda dark but would really look good if you added some orange pillows on the couch or just an orange throw blanket just thrown on the couch! i cant see the link so i wouldnt know if the color would look good or not! hope this helps!
A neutral color is always pretty safe! You can also go for a bronzed color (mustard yellow, or burnt orange, maybe terracotta red), those deep coppery colors will bring out tons of color and make your pieces really POP!!! :)
That is a very nice color, I do like it. You are in an earth tone mood. I dig those colors too.

Have you given any thought to a creamy sage green?
a light sage paint
