Oil paint. I once was brave enough to take oil paint and draw a big bright sun with palm trees , sand, seashells, the ocean in the background with a sailboat on the horizon. Over the light switch plate I drew a colorful parrot. This was my daughters room and I made her theme in her bedroom this. I drew it all freehand and it turned out nice but it was definitely scary to do. It was one whole wall. My daughter loved her room as I hung parrots and flamingos up on the ceiling. It was sad that we had to move shortly after.


I also love putting up wall borders. I would wallpaper but I live in an apartment that won't allow it. :(

you can smooth it out and rub it too make the picture look almost like a you used a paint brush.
i prefer colored pencils. i wish there were more colored trees around so more could be made.
